I have a performance driven process in evaluating a property, I'll give you my opinion, sometimes you won't like it, you may even ignore what I tell you when buying. There is more to being a real estate broker than just being a tour guide, I'm not going to tell you this is the living room, kitchen and bedroom or try to push you or persuade so I can make a sale, We will find motivated seller's and we will make rational decisions in the buying process. 

We will evaluate every detail from walking the property to making an offer or in some cases holding off for a few months. I will let you know if its a good deal or a bad choice and a reason behind every opinion that is backed with 41 years experience
